Pastor
Pastor Anne Dwiggins is a native Washingtonian and a resident of Takoma Park, MD. She is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, VA, and the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg, PA. Ordained in 1997, she has served as pastor of Saint Stephen Lutheran Church since that time. She is married to Paul Dwiggins, a civil engineer. They have three grown children, David, Daniel, and Patrick.

Chuyoung Suter, Music Director
Chuyoung Suter came to Saint Stephen as Music Director in September 2007. In addition to playing the organ for worship, she directs the senior and hand bell choirs. Chuyoung received an undergraduate degree in sacred music and organ performance from Ewha Women’s University in Seoul, Korea, and a Master of Music degree from Yale University in New Haven, Conn. She lives with her husband Eric and their son in Gaithersburg, Md.
Lori Campanella, Contemporary Music Leader
Lori Campanella is a classically trained pianist and vocalist, who has been performing in local variety bands since 1976. She has been playing keyboard and singing with her husband, Vince, for the last twenty years. In addition to performing with her bands and leading the Godsong service, she works at the University of Maryland as a systems analyst.
Margarette Chase Jennings, Administrative Assistant
Margarette Chase Jennings is a native of the Washington, DC area and currently resides in Quaint Acres. She has a B.S. Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She has been a Girl Scout Leader, Explorer Post advisor, and Sunday School teacher. In 2003 she retired from the American Psychological Association. Margarette and her husband, Larry, enjoy gardening, camping and fishing.
